PIETY
PIETY or humble life is an attitude that is taught by the great prophet Muhammad saw and he has pointed out to us, as long as he is very humble life (ascetic), away from the luxury faqir always close to the poor and orphans and also very tolerant of all the servants of God . Word of God in the Qur'an: "O ye who believe let not your possessions or your children divert you from the dhikr of Allah. Whoever is doing so then it is they who are the losers "[QS. Al Munafiqun / 63:9]. And a hadith narrated as follows: A friend came to the Prophet and asked, "O Messenger of Allah, show me a practice that when I amalkan undoubtedly I will love God and man". Prophet replied, "Live in the world with the ascetic (sketchy) then you will be loved by God, and do not be greedy for what's in the hands of man, you will be pleased by human beings." [HR. Ibn Majah]. He Du'a: "O Allah, langsungkan Mercy my life in poverty and me in poor circumstances, and raised and I'm back in the group of poor people." [HR. Bukhari].
Here there is a story that describes about what kind of a simple life (ascetic), which was never delivered by the clergy thareqat (TQN) at the college before dawn Managhib event.
Tersebutlah a young man, call it "Darsin" name, he had long studied and nyantri in a cottage belonging Sobirin chaplain, a chaplain is known to be very humble, pious, patient and honest. Sobirin chaplain delighted to find fish in the sea which lies not far from where she lived. After conducting its activities in madrassas, he hurried off shore to find fish using boats small or commonly called jungkung, always lots and catch the big fish are not brought to the fish auction places around the coast but some distributed to neighbors and partly for the santrinya dish meal, he took for himself only two or three pieces rose the head, this sort of thing he did every day. Darsin Sobirin chaplain always pay attention to such behavior, "how zuhudnya this teacher, struggling every day to find fish, but he only barely enjoy the results, he would rather give away to neighbors and the students," he told himself.
From his admiration Darsin eventually want to find know where he learned so that it has a very humble attitude (ascetic) and very generous. So that one day Darsin dared to ask: "Sir priest, where you learn, so you have a very commendable attitude." Sobirin chaplain replied "I learned to Master Teacher Mursid, a highly qualified scholar thareqat, where he lived far from here, he lived on the slopes of a mountain, to travel to get there takes approximately one week." Hearing more and more teachers want to come to a place Darsin Master Teacher dariya Mursid and gain knowledge: "Had Mr chaplain permit, may I meet you a teacher, I want to learn to" the petition. Sobirin chaplain gladly allow his students that "It may ... be ... please meet him and learn from you to him, if you are diligent and submissive to him you would have succeeded."
After making preparations including preparing lunch for the trip, it Darsin goodbye to his teacher and ask his blessing. "Do not forget my best regards to Mr. Teacher" Sobirin chaplain said. With determination and enthusiasm for learning was unanimous fiery kemuian Darsin went to the place where his teacher had studied on foot, in his mind there was only one that is seeking knowledge to Master Teacher Mursid.
All day he walked, when the sun began to disappear on the west side he was looking for a place to simply spend the night and took off with the tired lay down to slumber.
